TEL provides free online access to selected electronic databases for all libraries serving the citizens of the state of Tennessee. TEL is supported by federal funds under the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) and is administered by the Tennessee State Library and Archives

Gale’s databases link to hundreds of millions of articles in General OneFile, Gale Virtual Reference Library,  Academic OneFile, Kids InfoBits, Literature Resource Center, Health and Wellness Resource Center, and many more.

Newspapers

NewsBank’s  Tennessee Newspaper Collection provides full-text coverage of The Chattanooga Times-Free Press, The Commercial Appeal, Knoxville News-Sentinel, and The Tennessean.
