Don't remember whether you returned that book or video? Can't remember if you have asked us to hold a book? Need to renew library materials and the library is closed? Now you can do so online.

To View your account online you will need your Library Card Number and your PIN. To get your PIN you will need to come into the library and request your PIN.

Accessing your Account:

1. Go to: www.fortloudoun.org or click on Library Catalog in the left hand menu
2. Click on E.G. Fisher Public Library
3. Click on My Account

You may either choose:

• Status Inquiry: Check to see if you currently owe any fees to the Library, What you have checked out, your holds or if there are messages from the library.
• User PIN Change: Change your PIN number. (must be at least three characters)
• Renew materials: Material may be renewed twice unless another patron has a Hold on an item. Interlibrary Loan material that is obtained from another library may not be renewed. Your account must be in good standing in order to renew material.
